The prompt repair of the pump that needs to be serviced is dependent on the availability of the necessary spare parts. It is advised that our clients keep a supply of standard wear parts and pump consumables on hand. We assist our clients in generating a list of spare parts with the suggested quantity based on interchangeability and installed quantity to ensure ideal stock keeping.
We keep a sizable inventory of raw materials and parts in finished or semi-finished condition in our factory warehouse to reduce the lead time for frequently needed spare parts.
Canned motor pumps are engineered for dependable and prolonged operation without the necessity of mechanical seals, external lubrication, or the potential for misalignment with the motor, due to their design. With appropriate setup and operation, and sufficient surveillance against abnormal operational situations, canned motor pumps necessitate minimal upkeep. Through timely substitution of worn components and preventative maintenance, an extended mean time between failures (MTBF) can be assured. However, should extensive maintenance become necessary, it must be executed following proper procedures to restore the pump to its original state.

We send a Service Engineer or Supervisor to your location to provide on-site oversight for field maintenance, installation/commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Repairs & Refurbishment:
Following a significant incident, such as a damaged stator or rotor, we have the experience, knowledge, personnel, and facilities necessary to repair and refurbish CMPs. After examining the damage, one of our skilled technicians will provide you an evaluation of the damaged components and the necessary repairs.
